Mission planner.
Give it a date and the days you can honestly train. It writes every week from now to then, counts down, and works out how much of each provision the plan actually uses.
Your training desk
Keep your coach or workout app. Put the session on your calendar here, then check it off. Set-by-set logging is optional. There is no Garmin or Strava connection.

Schedule and logbook
Completed sessions stay unchanged. Repeat or reduce creates a new session; reschedule changes only a planned session.
Your optional shelf
No products are selected for you. Choose only what you already use. Amounts are label servings you enter, not recommended doses. Estimates never count as logged use or orders. Check labels for overlapping ingredients; no stack is generated.
Legacy records and export
Older tools keep their original records. Archive first to preserve exact source JSON. Then preview conversion of logged training days and recorded lift sets. Dates, loads, repetitions and units are retained; missing duration stays unknown. Old Mission Planner plans, She Lifts configuration and cycle, sweat and food records stay in the archive and are not turned into invented sessions. Conflicts never overwrite completed history. Guest records are never uploaded automatically.
Erase this training desk
Erase the saved desk, completed sessions, shelf and copied archives for this account or guest workspace. This cannot be undone. It does not erase separate records in the older tools or another account's browser drafts. Download first if you want a copy.
The weeks
Tick a session when it is done. Ticks feed your logbook streak: a week counts when you hit the sessions it lists.
Provisions for this plan
Suggested for the mission and fully editable. Doses follow each label's serving. Totals assume one container on hand today; reorder dates leave a shipping buffer.

How the plan is built, and sources
Weeks come from the Fieldworks structure: three phases in roughly a quarter, three eighths, three eighths split, sessions from the Strength, Conditioning or Combined track, and the guidance in the mission file. Races finish with a taper that keeps intensity and cuts volume by about half for one to two weeks, in line with Bosquet et al., Effects of tapering on performance: a meta-analysis, Med Sci Sports Exerc 2007;39(8):1358-65. Easy-day cues use the talk test: Foster et al., The talk test as a marker of exercise training intensity, J Cardiopulm Rehabil Prev 2008;28(1):24-30. Serving sizes and servings per container come from each product's supplier label page, listed in the provisions data. Where a label value is not published yet, the planner says so instead of guessing.
