Mission file 07 / Fifteen minutes

Short on time,
not on intent.

LOG 15MIN / 01LUNCH BREAKTIMER RUNNING

A 15 minute session is not a compromise. Done four times a week, it beats the 90 minute plan you keep rescheduling, by exactly 60 minutes of actual training.

The math nobody runs

Four 15 minute sessions is an hour of real work per week. The person with the perfect two-hour program who trains twice a month gets 60 minutes too, with none of the consistency that makes bodies adapt. Frequency wins. It always has.

Supplies for short sessions

You need almost nothing. Protein still matters because days are still days; the calculator gives your target and Workhorse covers gaps. Pre-workout for 15 minutes is like warming up the car to drive one block, with the possible exception of Greenlight on evenings when the couch is winning the argument.

Scale the real program down

Every Fieldworks session has a 15 minute version. The logbook does not judge.
