Race morning
The allocation model, and sources
- House model, not race data: running takes 50% of your finish time, Roxzone 8%, stations share the other 42% by fixed weights (Wall Balls 1.30, Burpee Broad Jumps 1.05, Rowing 1.05, SkiErg 1.00, Sled Pull 1.00, Sandbag Lunges 1.00, Sled Push 0.80, Farmers Carry 0.45). Sliders scale a segment by 10% per step, then everything is rescaled to your target. Treat the first plan as a draft and adjust it after your first race or rehearsal.
